Automated ZEISS systems require robot programs to operate. We are offering the programming of the robot positions, the feature evaluation as well as the definition of all necessary parameters. Thanks to the many years of experience of our ZEISS certified measuring experts, we are able to carry out the VMR programming of all standard and project measuring cells efficiently and to a high standard.

Evaluation program generation
One of the greatest challenges in automated measurement systems is the choice of the right measurement principles for feature evaluation.
These must guarantee stable feature probing and also compensate for geometric part variations.
We offer the programming of evaluation programs for automated ZEISS measuring systems. We will use your “Measurement Principles Catalog” as a guide, if available. Alternatively, measurement principles are defined by us for this purpose.
ZEISS KIOSK Integration
We integrate the finished programs into your ZEISS KIOSK.
The Kiosk Interface is a special user interface for simplified operation of the ZEISS ScanBox. The software takes over the entire process control and automatically performs the measurement and inspection sequence. Since the user has to intervene less, high accuracy and data quality are ensured: Measurement parameters, data and operating system are protected.
