PRAFS
The PolyRobotAutomatedFixtureSystem, or PRAFS for short, automates virtual clamping using universal robot-assisted multi-fixture technology. PRAFS now extends the ScanBox technology of ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions to a universal fixturing system, replacing conventional mechanical fixtures.

The PRAFS 2410/2414 with a weight of less than 100 kg can be removed from the turntable after loosening the fastening screws and the central supply plug using the lever provided. The PRAFS can be upgraded at any time on existing ScanBoxes or supplied with new systems. The ScanBox can then be used as a standard ScanBox.
PRAFS pays off: Especially in terms of measuring frequency, efficiency and flexibility along a production line, in the measuring room, in tool and prototype construction or in incoming goods inspection + an ROI < 0.9 years.
PRAFS can be integrated / added in the following ZEISS ScanBoxes:
- ScanBox 5110 D RC
- ScanBox 5120 D RC
- ScanBox 5110 LC (on request)
- ScanBox 5120 LC (on request)
- ScanBox 5130 LC (on request)

PRAFS-EMUSIM
PRAFS-EMUSIM software is the central link between PRAFS-HMI and ZEISS software. PRAFS-EMUSIM is a virtual PRAFS clone which allows PRAFS robots to be planned, stored and managed offline.
